Chapter the firstOf the Method

Win a land

Every continent, country and state goes up for a 7-day auction in USDG, one continent per week. Asia is first.

II.

Cut it up

Slice your rectangle into strips and grids, down to 1 m². Each new piece is its own NFT with its own name.

III.

Sell or rent

List any piece for sale or rent it out for a fixed term. Payment settles instantly in the land’s currency.

IV.

Collect tax

Every sale or rent below you pays 5%: 2% to the land right above, 0.8% to the next, 0.2% to the next, 2% to the treasury.

Chapter the secondThe First Survey: Asia

1,223 lands of Asia go under the hammer for seven days, in USDG. Each bid must exceed the last by a tenth; a bid in the final six hours grants six hours more. Closes in 6d 14h 22m.

Chapter the thirdOf Tithes & Taxes

Upon every sale or lease, five parts in a hundred are levied and paid at once, in the land’s own coin:

3rd up0.2%

So the lord of India grows rich on every street of Tamil Nadu, and the lord of a street on every plot within it.
