The market — for sale, for rent

Owners list any land, cut-up pieces included. Prices are in the land’s currency ($FLARTH unless its territory picked another). Every sale and rent pays 5% tax: 2% to the land right above, 0.8% and 0.2% to the next two, 2% to the treasury.

The market opens once the first lands are won at auction.
